مرحبًا بك في متجر زعامة (z3ama.com). باستخدامك للموقع وإتمام أي طلب، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يُدار الموقع من قبل شركة الزعامة لمستلزمات الحاسب الآلي، المسجّلة في سلطنة عُمان.
المنتجات والأسعار
نعرض منتجات إكسسوارات الألعاب من مواسع (mousepads)، منزلقات ماوس، وأكمام. جميع الأسعار معروضة بالريال العُماني (OMR) وتشمل ما يُذكر من رسوم. نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو المنتجات المتوفرة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
الطلبات والدفع
عند إتمام الطلب، تُعتبر موافقتك نهائية بعد تأكيد الدفع عبر مزوّد الدفع (Tap Payments). نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر، أو نفاد المخزون، أو الاشتباه في نشاط احتيالي.
الشحن والتوصيل
نسعى لشحن الطلبات ضمن المدة الموضحة عند إتمام الطلب. قد تختلف مواعيد التوصيل حسب الموقع وشركة الشحن. لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال [8] أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم وبتغليفه الأصلي. لا تشمل سياسة الاسترجاع المنتجات التالفة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام. تُعاد المبالغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع من شعارات وتصاميم وصور ونصوص هي ملك حصري لشركة الزعامة لمستلزمات الحاسب الآلي، ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم منتجاتنا وخدماتنا "كما هي". لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام المنتجات خارج نطاق استخدامها المخصص.
القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وتُحلّ أي نزاعات وفقًا للاختصاص القضائي العُماني.

Products and Pricing
We offer gaming accessories including mousepads, mouse skates, and sleeves. All prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and include any stated fees. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is verified through our payment provider (Tap Payments). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within [8] days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns do not cover products damaged through misuse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All site content — logos, designs, images, and text — is the exclusive property of Al-Zaama for Computer Supplies and may not be used or copied without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the products outside their intended purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes shall be resolved under Omani jurisdiction.
